Gravity Water Filter and Cooler

 Combining old-fashioned ingenuity with modern filtration technology, this Water Filter and Cooler is the best of both worlds. Simply pour 1 gallon of water into the container and gravity feeds it through a dual micro-pore ceramic/activated carbon filter that removes 95% of chlorine, pesticides, heavy metals including iron, aluminum, lead and 100% cryptosporidium, giardia and sediment. Water is constantly chilled as its molecules slowly pass through the natural terra-cotta shell in an evaporative cooling process used by the pioneers to keep water fresh. Filters 6 gallons a day. Filters last one year or 2500 gallons.

All Terra Cotta La Natural Gravity Water Filter 

The La Natural is a terra cotta gravity-fed water container with Doulton ceramic filter.  Its components include an upper and lower terra cotta container, ceramic filter with washer and wingnut, plastic lid and spigot.

• Terra cotta has been used for water storage for centuries. The cooling occurs through a natural evaporation process. Usually, it will cool the water 12-14 degrees cooler than room temperature.
• The terra cotta components are very durable and are made 100% by hand in South America for over 50 years
• Does not leach lead or other harmful contaminants, Spectrum Labs of Michigan have approved the terra cotta to be contaminant free and retest on a regular basis to ensure clean terra cotta to the consumer
• May be used outside the home or workplace
• Should not be used in cold or freezing conditions. Also, this product should not be exposed to harsh or harmful chemicals.
• The ceramic filter is manufactured in England for over 150 years
• The outer layer of the ceramic filter is made of ceramic porcelain while the interior contains granular activated carbon and ATC media.

• No tools are necessary for installation. Just place washer on threaded stem of filter and place stem of filter through hole inside upper unit. Hand-tighten with wingnut.

• Water sources can come from tap, well, river, lake, stream and swimming pool can be used. Not for use with salt water.
